This problem often appears in older version (before version 3.3). You can update to the latest version to settle this problem. In 3.3 and latest version, the icon will be automatically added on the toolbar. Users can add or remove the Downloader icon by the command “View > Toolbar > Customize” in Firefox, select the button “Restore Default Set”, the icon will temporarily disappear, and drag&drop can make a reposition the icon freely on the toolbar. And for version 4.0 user, if you hide the icon by right-click the icon and unselect Show Toolbar Button, you can get it back in this way: find Tool > Sothink Web video Downloader, then a new window will pop up; Select Options > Show Toolbar Button.
