Why can’t I find a QuantiTect Primer Assay that I had previously ordered from Gene Globe?
The assay may have been renamed. For example, Hs_GYG was officially renamed by Entrez to Hs_GYG1, so we changed the name of the QuantiTect Primer Assay accordingly: Hs_GYG_1_SG QuantiTect Primer Assay was renamed as Hs_GYG1_1_SG QuantiTect Primer Assay. Performing a search on Gene Globe using the old gene name should retrieve the corresponding QuantiTect Primer Assay with the new gene name. To find the original name of an assay, click on the link to the assay and look under “Other names” in the “Product Details” page which appears.
