Why can I enrol in a course when its listed as an “exams” offering?

0

There are more exam offerings than there are course offerings. This is to accommodate exam deferrals, challenge exams, and supplemental exams. Students need to be very careful to refer to the correct table when they are planning their year. The Course Offering table will outline when full courses are available. The Exam Schedule will outline when exams are available. You may not sign up for a full course enrolment (promote or repeat) in an “exams” offering as there will be no course markers, lecture information, BlackBoard OLE access or other services available. You should choose courses that say “course” listed beside it.
