Why can I edit the text in Designer dxf files using AutoSketch®?
There is a setting which must be changed in AutoSketch® to enable the editing of the DXF text. In AutoSketch®, select File–>Open from the menus. At the bottom of the Open File dialog, change the file type to DXF and then click on the Options button. In the Options, check the “Map to True Type” option and press Ok. You may click Cancel in the Open File dialog and exit AutoSketch®. This setting will be permanently remembered so you only need to make this change once.
