Not all images are available in high-resolution. Best thing to do (in both situations) is get in contact with the administrator via saltpicturebank@akzonobelsalt.com or call our secretary in Amersfoort (NL) at +31 33 4676853. They can check if you have sufficient access rights for downloading images from this site or they will send you the appropriate hr-image by (e-)mail.
