We limit the number of simultaneous connections per IP address to prevent people from abusing our service. You need to use your own unique IP address, rather than to use an IP or proxy server shared by hundreds of others. This problem may also occur when using an ISP with a forced proxy, like AOL. In some cases it may temporarily help to use another, not widely used proxy. Try google daily proxy list. Why am i getting “Service Temporarily Unavailable” A you are only allowed to upload/download 1 file at a time other requests from the same user are rejected.
