Why can I combine or pool my miles with another KrisFlyer member?
KrisFlyer membership is open to individuals only. Miles cannot be combined or pooled as KrisFlyer’s accrual and redemption structure are designed to meet the needs of the individual traveller earning miles to redeem for himself and/or his nominee(s). If the combining or pooling of miles is allowed, the accrual and redemption model would need to be reworked. Furthermore, this would also introduce greater complexity to the KrisFlyer programme.
