Why can I collect Current Prices from Telescan?
Windows 98 made a slight change to the Windows Dial-up Networking default settings, which results in this problem for our customers. Nothing at Telescan or Equis has changed. If you change this setting back to what it was in Windows 95, you should be able to collect normally again. Equis and Telescan are jointly trying to figure out a way to make this change unnecessary, but for now, this is all we can suggest.
