Why can I close LTII windows by clicking in the X in the upper right-hand corner of the window?

LTII was written with Microsoft FoxPro (version 2.6) which does not permit closing windows in this way. To close a window, click on the button labelled “Close” or on the fox head in the upper left-hand side of the window (scrolling list windows only).
