Why can I choose a restaurant or specific date and time for food delivery?
The restaurant delivery time and date requested may not match with the available restaurant delivery hours, or the restaurant may be placed on a temporary vacation which means the restaurant is not currently offering food delivery orders via ROTR. It is also possible that you are requesting a restaurant delivery date and time that cannot be met by our service or restaurants. If there is a restaurant and/or food delivery time, that is not being accepted when you are ordering online, please contact a customer service representative at (800) 510-3663 option 2.
