All students must be given the opportunity to apply for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship. The deadline for all students to complete the Initial Student Florida Financial Aid Application for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship is April 15. The nomination process begins April 16 and ends May 15.
