Why cant I apply direct for a job and get the recommender fee?
There are a couple of reasons why this wouldnt work. It wouldnt be fair for candidates to ignore a recommendation from a contact, and apply directly to the site to earn the reward themselves. Secondly, recruiters on our site want candidates to take the job because they like the position and the company, not because they are tempted by a reward.
