Why can’t Garnet blast off Bitumen yet SODA can?
Soda crystals are sharp which can cut through bitumen as opposed to Garnet and other hard abrasives that try to use a hammering effect on the surface of the product being removed causing heat and damage. Soda is also a degreaser which breaks down the oils in the bitumen. Q) So if Concrete is hard how can Soda remove it? A) Concrete is made up of sand, mortar and stones.
