Why cant Forbe, world rich billionaires donate money to some people?
Well, I doubt that would have any long term positive effects on either the billionaires, the economy, or the people who receive the money. First, no one ever got rich giving away money without expecting to get a percentage back. You might as well throw that money away. Also, they pay extremely high taxes (usually) that the government uses to pay for transfer payments. Second, the economy wouldn’t benefit as most of the money the billionaires have is invested in various portions of the economy. Most people would pay credit cards or buy luxury items with their money. Paying off a credit card doesn’t have a major impact on the economy, especially since most people, after they pay them down, will probably charge the cards right back up. Third, the people who receive the hand out will not “learn” how to manage money or will really not be any better off. They will just expect more money later on given to them.
