Why can Eservus confirm my concert seats in advance and why can tickets be guaranteed?
Eservus is provided access to a limited number of tickets by concert promoters. Seat locations are made known to us once we receive the tickets which is why we are unable to confirm seating in advance. On the rare occasion we may be informed by the concert promoter that tickets are sold out. Should this happen, you will be notified as soon as possible.
