Why can a human voice box produce a sine wave?
The human voice cannot produce a sound that is a pure sine wave but many different sounds. The different waves that the sounds produce can interfere or re-inforce each other. The result on an audio oscillator is something that doesn’t look like a single sine wave because it is a multitude of sine waves with different amplitudes, frequencies and are probably phase shifted as well.
