Why can the Broadcasting and CAVE printers print both B/W and colour, but you say we shouldn do it?
The Broadcasting B/W with Ccolour printer is designed to be a mainly B/W device, with occational colour. Colour jobs to this printer cost the college slightly more per page, hence we prefer you to print colour output using other printers (you may have to walk a bit further). The CAVE and Graphics presentation colour printers are similar, except they have a premium on B/W printing, as they are designed to be primarily colour devices. Please use these printers as occational printers for work they are not designed to handle. For large batches or prints, use a specialised printer. If too many jobs are sent innapropriatly, then the costs of these printers occational printing will increase.
