In order to shutdown the workstation you have to be the workstation-s administrator. If you are Domain administrator, make sure that every workstation includes “Domain Administrators” into its “Administrators” group. If you are not the Domain Admin, and you know that password of administrator on the destination workstation, make sure that you include workstation name when assigning LogonAs.UserName: NTServerInfo1.LogonAs.UserInfo := ‘COMPUTERusername’.
