Why can MATTEO only make deep fitted sheets out of certain fabrics?

In order to make our deep pocked fitted sheets that will fit a mattress of 20″ in depth we need fabric that is 120″ wide. There are only certain mills that can weave this width and this is why not all of our fabrics are this wide.
