Why can I print the standard reports in Training Wizard, but not the custom designed reports?

Training Wizard installs with a “lite” version of Crystal Reports to compile and run the custom reports that MSU designs. However, the designers use a newer version of Crystal Reports than what Training Wizard comes with. Therefore, a newer file must be used, rather than the one that comes standard with Training Wizard. Open up Windows Explorer (or Windows NT Explorer if using Windows NT). Expand the drive on the left that is mapped to the Training Wizard server (“tw_lcttp_prod$ on ntweb12” or “tw_outreach_prod$ on ntweb11”). Click on the Reports folder, then the MSU folder. Find the file named crpe32.dll. Copy this file to the C:\Windows\system\ folder (or C:\Winnt\system32\ folder if using Windows NT). This will replace the existing file and solve the problem.
