Why can I not see my migrated contacts in CardiffMail Notes?
An issue has been identified whereby you may not be able to see your migrated contacts in CardiffMail Notes, but they will be visible from Cardiffmail Web. To resolve this issue: • From the Open button, select Replication and Sync (If the Open button is no visible right-click on the left-hand sidebar and untick Dock the Open List): • A new tab will open. Ensure that the Enabled, and High Priority options are ticked adjacent to Synchronize Contacts. • Click the Start Now button. • Close the Replication and Sync tab. All of your contacts will now be visible in CardiffMail Notes and Web.
