Why can I not able to use complete XP-Pen function when I login with different ID under Windows 2000 or Windows XP?
A. The XP-Pen functions are built on driver base instead of application base. Therefore, only the System Administrator has the authority to modify settings. If you are working with Windows 2000 or Windows XP only the Administrator group able to modify settings and complete function of XP-Pen. Other groups (for example; Power group, User group) are only able to use part of XP-Pen functions. Therefore, if you want to have complete XP-Pen function for all assigned ID user in your system, please added to “Administrator group”.
