To recieve incoming calls, you must forward ports 5060 through to 5063 on your router/modem to your VoIP device and/or configure your system to use a stun server. For instructions on how to configure a stun server on several popular VoIP devices, please see our support section. For help configuring your router/modem with port forwarding, please consult with your ISP.
