Why can I hit myself with ranged items? How does Mobeo determine who gets hit with a ranged item?

Whenever a target is selected for a ranged item, the Mobeo servers calculate which players in that game are in that location and randomly selects a player to be hit. This could be the player who launched the item, so watch out.
