Why can districts destroy CELDT materials only at the end of the yearly administration?
The CELDT contract requires the contractor to have an unused and nonscorable destruction options window once a year. Since new students may enter the district throughout the year, districts must retain materials to ensure that tests are available for incoming students until the end of the administration year.
