Why can an administrator not see spam for the entire domain within Quarantine Central?
Quarantine Central’s primary function is as a user tool to allow users to manage their own spam if they wish. An administrator has the ability to look at any user’s spam, but must first search on a specific user to accomplish this. To allow an administrator to see all spam for a domain within Quarantine Central would slow the service as potentially tens of thousands of pieces of spam were displayed. There would also be a great deal of duplication amongst the messages tagged as spam. One solution is to redirect all spam notifications to a dedicated mailbox where it can be checked for false positives en masse if desired.
