Why camel wool is so special?
Camel wool is very soft, durable, lightweight, and warm. It comes from the two-humped Bactrian camel, which is bred in the extremely cold climate of Mongolia. Wool is the perfect insulation material, creating a microclimate of regulated humidity and temperature and providing the highest possible degree of comfort. Because wool is a natural fibre it breathes, and can absorb up to 50% of its own weight in moisture, drawing it away from your body as you sleep. Camel wool has also been shown to be anti allergenic, inhibit dust mites, and reduce skin irritation problems and pressure sores.
