Why bother Interviewing?
There are generally two reasons why we become involved in an interview process Interviewee- in order to gain employment in a position that reflects the interviewee’s skills and experience, for appropriate remuneration. Interviewer – in order to find a potential employee who will aid in the achievement of organisational aims and objectives whilst fitting in as well as possible within the current team framework.
