Why boot camp and not a mainstream gym or commercial workout environment?
Total Fitness Control is not anti-gym and fully endorses traditional means of training. In fact, we offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions in a gym environment; however, boot camp incorporates both cardio and resistance training which allows you to maximize your time and effort. Furthermore, it affords you the opportunity to train with your friends and peers creating a motivating and sometimes competitive environment at an affordable rate. You will get in shape in the great outdoors while having fun in the sun! Boot camp is an excellent and ideal complement to your current fitness regimen resulting in your body experiencing higher heights which ultimately results in a total physique transformation.
