Why Bible Word Searches?
Background. As a Sunday school teacher and superintendent I (Dick) used many science and other visuals to teach about God’s love and His gift to us, our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. In the past, word searches became part of the curriculum for our foster children and grandchildren and for a Sunday school periodical. I now create a children’s section for a monthly fellowship newsletter we publish and distribute. Purpose. God’s Word (the Bible) tells us it was written to teach us about the Lord Jesus, that it is profitable to us, sharper than a double-edged sword, and a blessing to those who read it (Romans 15:4; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; Revelation 1:3). We are supposed to study it because God’s Word is truth (2 Timothy 2:15; John 17:17). Our Harvest House books, Bible Word Searches for Kids and Bible Memory Word Searches for Kids, make learning about the Lord Jesus fun. You will see words about His peace, love, and the joy He gives us; about battles, plants, colors, foods… Yo
