Why Become an ASCE Member?

Students now have a better idea of how time should be distributed and managed. Now, the question we must ask is what to do with some of that free time. As rare a commodity that free time is, it does exist, and before one determines what to do with their “precious” hours, they must ask themselves what would they like to get out of their time.
