About Us In 2010, North Beach Athletics (nicknamed the ‘Blues’) will celebrate its 40th birthday! We were previously named Karrinyup Athletics Club, (Est.1971). But this year by popular demand, we have branded a new name (NBA) and have aligned with North Beach Little Athletics (NBLA), a very strong junior club of 130 members who we share our clubrooms and training venue with. NBA is also the major senior feed club to all the northern little athletics centres including; Hammersley Little Athletics, Joondalup Little Athletics, & Kingsway Little Athletics, all have approximately 600 members per centre. That’s about 1800 members altogether, not to mention parents and siblings. We draw in all athletes from the northern suburbs of Perth and beyond. We are a non profit organisation.
