WHY ASHTANGA YOGA?
Hugh will lead you a through a flowing sequence of postures based on the first three series of Ashtanga yoga, each linked together with a breath. Each of these postures will work on exercising a different part of your body. He will teach you to ‘lock’ certain muscle groups as you move through your series of yoga positions.
