Why, as an account holder, does UCC Online ask for my credit card information at Checkout?
If more than 30 minutes has passed since you last entered data on UCC Online, the program will ask for credit card information at Checkout. Either pay by credit card or logout and login again, using your billing account. If you logout, any items pending in your shopping cart will be lost. Try to complete all transactions within 30 minutes. If you still have more transactions to complete, simply finish this session, then start a new one. If you did not find the information you need, enter a descriptive word or phrase in the Search field located in the upper right corner or send us an e-mail and we will help you get the information you need.
