Why, as a facilitator, do I need to send in attendance records annually, at the end of each academic year?
We need to keep a record of each member’s attendance, in order that we may offer members study credit letters. You can find blank attendance records posted on our website at www.fmpe.org/en/services/admin_forms.html; simply click on either the January start date or September start date of Blank Attendance Records. If you are unsure about how to complete these forms, call our office and we can send you a completed sample.
