Why Argentina does not represent to Latin American culture ?
Argentinian culture had been less mixed, that’s why. Argentinian music is mostly from Spanish origin, plus Italian and some other White European influences, but has not assimiltaed African and Native American (Indian) elements. But personally, I think that Tango is beautiful and it also represents the diversity of Latin America… I love the sound of the bandoneon, it is very poetic and romantic, and makes me feel “sad”…
