Why aren’t TTN members from other chapters able to join?
The Caring Collaborative is a demonstration project funded by the New York State Health Foundation. New York City was chosen as the pilot site to test the model and concepts. As part of the work underwritten by the grant, we are developing “How To” manuals and plan to make these available to other TTN chapters in late 2009.
