Why aren there more membership categories that include admission for four adults?
We conducted extensive research, asking members what they wanted from their membership, and used their responses to inform the shaping of the new levels and benefits. During this research, we learned that members desired guest passes that could be given to friends to visit the MFA, without the member having to be present. Additionally, upon analyzing member visitation, we found that less than 2% of member visits included a group of more than two people. Based on these findings, we decided to introduce guest passes as a more flexible option for members to introduce others to the Museum.
