Why aren there many stories of Iranians torturing the domestic servants?
In Iran all the domestic servants are from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan. Different cultures have different mentalities and dealing with people. Iranians tend to be more civilized and cultured than Arabs. Yes I have heard of the amount of abuse domestic maids receive in Arab countries, but that is just a cultural thing. Iranians do not behave like that though and the domestic servants are treated with a lot more respect. In my Auntie’s house in Iran she and her family eats at the same table with the servant and he is like a part of their family too. Arabs tend to be more stuck up and think they are better than other people, but Iranians are not like that at all.
