Why aren’t there any bathrooms or water fountains available from outside?

The District does not have a design standard (or maintenance staff) to support exterior bathrooms and/or water fountains. Exterior water fountains and bathrooms are subject to frequent vandalism. None of our elementary schools (including the recently demolished Valhalla and Panther Lake elementary schools) had exterior bathrooms or water fountains.
