Why aren the minutes from the most recent board meeting available online?
A. Minutes are posted shortly after they are approved. Minutes from one meeting are generally approved at the following meeting – generally 2 months later. The minutes you see on the Web site will always be the most recently approved minutes, but are usually anywhere from 2-4 months behind the actual date.
