Why aren the lyrics for song —- the same as whats in the cd booklet?
Chances are it was originally in here and then we changed it. The ‘official’ lyrics are often just what people hired by the studio hear, at the very least they leave out a lot of the background singing, repeats, or muttered or hard to hear phrases. Some of the lyrics sung by Bono are often so thick in ‘Bongloese’ that they are open to interpretation. Feel free to drop a line telling us what you think he’s singing.
