Why aren’t the direct phone lines to the theatre available anywhere?
We do have direct phone lines available to our customers on our recorded information line. The recorded information line is listed on the specific market page for each theatre, near the theatre name. We strive to deliver the best experience possible for all of our customers and have found that the largest number of questions can be answered by providing information on our recordings and on our website. However, if you have an emergency or need to speak to a manager for any reason, the phone numbers for our box office are listed within the recording.
