Why aren the bins always emptied daily?

0

Because we contract companies to come and remove our recyclables, and they do so on a times schedule, occasionally the holding bins will fill up faster than they can remove it. When this happens, the housekeepers and custodians empty the recycle bins less frequently until the holding bins are emptied. Also, there isn’t necessarily a need to empty the can and waste plastic trash bags when the can is only partially full!
