Why aren’t my stats being tracked on my Xfire Profile?
There are a few factors that may cause your stats to not track. From the Xfire client, check Tools | Options | Privacy tab. Make sure the checkbox for “Track Kill/Death stats for display on Profile” is checked. This option globally disables Game Statistics. You can also go to Tools | Options | Games tab, under the ‘Installed Games’ list highlight the game name, click Advanced Options button and make sure “Disable Kill/Death tracking” is not checked for that game. This will disable Game Statistics for that game only. Xfire Game Stats also rely on other components of Xfire to get the stats to your Profile page. Make sure these things are functioning as well: • Does Xfire In-game messaging work (hit scroll-lock + X)? If this is not working, we will not get data. • Do Screenshots work for you (hit scroll-lock + S)? Can they be uploaded to your profile page?
