Why aren my certifications visible on the Apple Certified Professionals Public Registry?
The following are reasons why you may not see your listing on the Registry: • You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Registry Only the most current certifications are eligible for listing. These include current versions of: • Mac OS X • Pro Applications • Xsan • iLife and iWork • Apple Certified Trainer certifications are not eligible for listing (the enduser certifications are listed instead) • Be sure that you have opted in to be listed on the Public Registry AND that you have at least one physical address checked as “Visible in the Public Registry”. You can check this by clicking on the Update Personal Info link once logged into the Apple Certification Records System. • Note that there is a maximum of 500 results displayed, so you may need to narrow your search by certification and geography. If you meet all the criteria above and still do not see your listing on the Registry, you can log into the Apple Certification Records System and submit an inquiry to Apple
