Why aren more employers participating in fall recruiting?
The Office of Professional Development sends invitations to various employers in Ohio and in other locations around the country. Employers make decisions about which schools to recruit from based on a number of factors including the number of alumni at the firm, the school’s reputation, geographic location, etc.
