Why aren directions included with refill orders?
GenSelect assumes that refill orders are from customers who previously purchased a complete Home Kit that included a GenSelect Manual. Manuals are only provided with complete Home Kit orders and cannot be ordered separately. Customers who order only refills will miss many of the features that make the GenSelect Fully Integrated System successful, including a Manual and full, QuickResponse email support. Further, they cannot qualify for the GenSelect Money-Back Gender Guarantee.
