Why aren’t concept and show cars ever marketed?
A concept car is a prototype built to showcase new styling and technology. Concept cars are displayed at motor shows to gauge the public’s reaction to new, unconventional designs. Concept cars do not go into production. A show car is a vehicle created for display at motor shows to gauge the public’s reaction to new models and styling. Show cars are the product of exercises in design and potentially foreshadow future models.
