MSP has not covered the costs of laboratory tests ordered by Dr. Blaney since 2008. Though the regulations do state that MSP will cover lab fees that are ordered by a registered MD, (which Dr. Blaney is), they are refusing payment because Dr. Blaney is de-enrolled.
